R500 was paid to Fijnbosch Cabins and Retreat (elainscape), Stellenbosch (tent/cabin) from Saturday 18 May 2013 until Sunday 19 May 2013 at 11am.
Saturday night at 21:37 I emailed Elaine (owner) informing her of the rat problem. She claimed she was un-aware of the problem and it would be checked out in the morning.
We couldnt sleep in a cabin where we are bombarded with at least 2 pairs of eyes and the rest of the pack running up and down the canvas roof.
Taking into consideration that we had no choice but to leave in a rush at 22:27 on Saturday night because of the rats, we do expect to get a refund.
After sending her the email stating that we had left, she didnt respond to any email after that.
I informed her on Monday, 20 May 2013, that I expect feedback and a refund from her by today no later than 1pm otherwise I'd have to take this matter further. (She did not respond)
