Poor Service

I have used K&R several times in the last 2 years, but since December have had very poor service, promises to come out and repair a faulty fence, eventually came out, very rushed job, fence broken again, same symptoms and again they promised to come out, yet nobody pitched or even bothered to call... not happy and will remove all your stickers from any of our gates and equipment you ever worked on!! Your receptionist can hardly speak English and cannot relate any address or details... what went wrong? you used to be good...
