Terrible customer support slow registration

I registered for another year of honours at Unisa on 1 Feb.

On 12 Mar nothing has happened yet, so I phoned them to find out what's going on. My registration must just have been sitting on the who-cares pile, because I was registered later that day.

Unfortunately the registration omitted 2 (of the 3) subjects I registered for, so I registered for those subjects as additional modules (also on 12 Mar).

Nothing has happened yet regarding my additional module registration. I also phoned them yesterday regarding this.

Taking over 45 days for registration is completely unacceptable. At this rate I'll start missing deadlines.

I also sent an e-mail, but Unisa seems to be perfectly happy to ignore them (from prior experience).

What greatly adds to the frustration is that it's also almost impossible to get through on numerous of their numbers. I am not kidding when I say I unsuccessfully tried to get through over 100 times in a row. I keep getting a message "All circuits are busy now", which could happen even after it starts ringing or simply a busy dial tone. I would much rather be in a queue for 30 minutes (with some notification of progress) than have to keep trying to get through.
