Lack of communication

Good day

I"m very dissappointed by the lack of communication for the distance learning students I have been phoning to find out when the classes start. I registered and faxed and even emailed through proof of registration I never received any response only to find out that i have already missed one class. No confirmation email was sent regarding when the classes are starting or any information for that matter.
