On 19 August 2013 I was visited by Salesman (Dwayne) form Rhinovest t/a Mc Donalds Enterprises Ltd and was told about a unique share trading software solution that guaranteed 40% return on investment. I was also told that there is a complete money back guarantee should I not be satisfied with the product. HE further said this return should be achievable by 10-15 min per day on the software.
I installed the software and received the training on the 21st of August by Byron. He then informed that the 40% was only applicable to the ficticious trial period. He confirmed to me and my wife that there was a money back guarantee. After completion of the training I relaised that only by expending a huge amount of time were any returns possbile and the 40% that was sold highly unlikely.
I informed them via e-mail within 5 days and per letter (e-mail and hand delired) that I want the contract cancelled. To date I have no response from them on my letter and a charge of over 19K has been directly but onto my credit card and a debit order of R259 through my bank.
I want the contract cancelled and money returned.
