I registered my daughter to complete matric at Intec at the end of February 2013.
Immediately, with the first task, I realised that it was not suitable for her. She was not completing her tasks timeously. I could not nag her too much about this as she suffers from Anxiety.
On the 3 May 2013 I informed Intec that she was not going to continue. I sent many emails and made many phone calls to all the relevant departments and I am still getting accounts. The reason cited for this is that they must have a letter from her Doctor to confirm that she has anxiety. I ask Why- If we don't want to continue - no matter what the reason- this must be accepted. What if someone was just not coping or just wanted to stop without a medical reason-
The accounts department said that they were not instructed by the Credit Ops Team to stop the account.
