This has been an ongoing query with no solution, Can Unisa please say what the additional R1100 is for on my statement cos i still have no clue except that i am paying for a course twice? I have been saying i need to settle the account because it will eventually get my name blacklisted but they are not helping and besides, i need to get my exam results.
Am sure they have a reason for adding the total amount of a study unit, they have to make me understand why did they do that and i can settle account.
