Installed pool early this yearthat took 3 weeks longer than promised while pool stood on my front lawn. This meant we could not use the pool before the cold set in. Quite a few nasty suprises when we tried to use our 'new' pool this summer. Time clock faulty (R800), broken lid never replaced, no pressure from pump (waiting on estimated costs which promises to be significant as paving will have to be lifted to search for leak). When contacting clearwater pools I was told Ernest left and its not their problem and that I need to contact the head office. Now i cant find the original papers / warranty and will probably have to fork out the costs muself andI dont have time to chase up on everyone because they didnt do a proper job or employed an incompetent franchise!
