I called corobrick crown mines and requested a quote for 30 000 bricks, i was very happy with the quote but then i learned the delivery charge was charged at R250 per thousand bricks, i then asked why are they charging delivery per thousand when they will be delivering them all at once as one load. Why cant they charge a one delivery fee? A gentlemen by the name of Tumelo told me that if iam not happy about the fee i must go buy elsewhere. SUCH ATTITUDE? i wonder if he knows that his salary is dependent on clients like me. With that kind of attitude they are far from reaching their counterparts when it comes to service.
