I paid Mr Gustav Hoekstra R20000 deposit to install patio doors in July 2013, for 2 months he gave me the round around, with one excuse after the next. He also cut my tiles to install the bottom tract. I eventually realised after going onto Hellopeter that he has done this to numerous people and I requested my deposit back. After numerous threats, he started paying back my deposit, this was paid back in small amounts and to date I have not received all my money back (he still owes me R1000).
It has been an emotional roller coaster ride with Mr Hoekstra trying to get my deposit back, you can do a search with his name or Shorea Carpentry (his previous company) to read more about this man.
