On the morning of 4 September 2013 we woke up to find our kitchen floor flooded with water due to a broken water pipe. We looked up Drain Surgeon's number and phoned. An appointment was booked and 2 hours later, the guys were there. They were professional, did a great job and after working, cleaned up so well, you could not see that anyone had done work there. So to Genevieve and her team I say thank you for a job well done and great customer service!!
