Thanks to Hello Peter I got my refund

Having waited over 2 weeks and receiving no contact from Groupon whatsoever, I turned to Hello Peter to help me out. Within the day my refund was paid! It seems Groupon ignore you until Hello Peter gets involved.

I encourage anyone with problems with Groupon - and I know there are lots of us - to contact Hello Peter as soon as you feel Groupon are giving you the brush off.
