For the second order in a row Sybaritic has CONFIRMED stock on an item, made me pay them, and then informed me that they don't have any stock on the CONFIRMED item. And this information comes via the standard "Auto-Reply" system, not even a personal message to apologize for the inconvenience. I have been a very local customer since 2007 and spent a great deal of money with them only to be treated this way. Their service has gone down the toilet. All good things... I suppose. I can no longer recommend them to anyone as a reliable online retailer - better to go with one of the better established online stores. It is a real shame.
