BT Games
If you have time to burn

December 16th-Went to BT Games in Canal Walk. Even though it was a public holiday & the stores were busy in general, BT Games was'nt. I went into the store and picked a game to purchase. Whilst in line with 2 other customers in front of me, I noticed that the game the 1st person in line was trying to buy was not in stock-even though the item was on the shelf. The irritated customer left in a huff. The 2nd person in line was a woman and her 2 children. They wanted to buy a full Xbox 360 system, but alas, the games were 'not in stock', after rummaging in their small stock room (and hearing boxes and items falling all over the place, the blatantly inadequate sales person (Darren) came to the front and stared inexplicably at the computer screen for what seemed to be ages. In between falling into the stock room & back, red-faced & completely inept took him a full 18 minutes to service 1 customer. Finally when it was my turn the inept Darren rummaged through the stock & luckily my item was in stock, I paid & left the store. E-mailed Mr Moore & after a few days got a generic response from Mr Wilson. Recorded 18 mins of this footage & uploaded it to youtube. Sent link to Mr Moore. No Resp
