My husband and I recently bought a Tiguan from Barons Woodmead and we are absolutely thrilled with our car but what put the cherry on the top was the stunning service we received from Shaahid Amod. As South Africans we have come to expect mediocre service but Shaahid definitely changed my mind about what excellent service should be. He is professional, efficient and put our needs as the customer first. The interaction with Shaahid from beginning to end was an absolute pleasure. He delivered on every single promise he made. It was about our satisfaction and never just about the sale. He is a great example of what client service should be and I believe that he is an asset to his company.
I have always loved VW and because of Shaahid this will never change. I will be referring all my family and friends to Shaahid.
