In a nutshell let me just say i had lost all hope in the customer service in South Africa and i really thought it had died years ago up until i went to Budget car rentals at the grand central airpot in Midrand, the service we recieved from the manager of the branch Mr Lucas was amazing, he is friendly, proffessional, great attitude, and goes an extra mile to satisfy his customers, I am a happy customer and its all thanks to Mr Lucas, THANK YOU AND KEEP IT UP!!!
