I have bought a few motorcycles in my life as I am an avid motorcycle enthusiast and do not enjoy sitting in a "CAGE" in the JHB traffic. Recently my daughter turned 18 and she, following in dads footsteps, also wanted a bike. Once again I went to James Ridley and asked advice on the best option for her to ride as her first bike. We all decided on a CBR250 in the HRC colours. After countless issues with the banks, who forgot to take off settled vehicles, Vincent (F&I) was determined to get the deal approved... and that he did through countless e-mails and sheer determination. We all hate paperwork so I requested to be first in line to complete the process on Saturday 2013-11-16. I was told to be there at 7am. To my complete suprise everything was ready to be signed and an hour later the my daughter was the proud owner of a brand new motorcycle. Nothing is too much for these guys and girls! Being in a retail organization myself, i understand customer service standards very well, it's a pity we don't find this kind of service anywhere else. I am in the market for a new bike in the new year. No prizes for guessing who will be getting my bussiness once again. Awesome service. Thank you
