In this tuff economic times there is only one thing that will stand the test of time, having the right attitude about customer service. A company may have a great product, but it is the way that the companies employees engage with the customer that will make a company great. TJ (Thomas Fouche) is constantly going the extra mile to get results due to hard work and dedication, always willing to assist and takes initiative. I was continuously update on the progress of my Hilux (email and telephonically) thus effectively keeping clients like myself in the loop all the time. TJ is instrumental in dealing with clients and was always eager to assist Clients and Colleagues as he worked hand in hand with other departments who assisted with the service of my Hilux, he has a vast knowledge on Toyota's as I pick while dealing with him. TJ compliments the well run Rivonia Toyota team, he is a valuable asset to the Toyota Team! The speed and efficiency of my service is almost unheard of in South Africa.
