I bought a 2nd hand So called master car from Vw Lindsay Saker Airport. The vehicle has been the twice already and now is going back again for the 3 rd time with in a 4 days . i emailed a list of things that were faulty with the car which were not corrected . the 2nd time it went in there was a check engine fault on. I got the car back and they said it was nothing to worry about . 2 hours of driving around the light came back on . also i have a printed out sheet of the diagnostic performed which lists everything that was wrong. So they were to lazy to check the parts that were faulty or did not know how. Also i left message for the workshop manager to contact me but nothing? And now i must intrust them to fix it without getting and explanation why they could not fix it right the 1st time?
