Engen Petroleum
Threat to women?

I was in Engen shop in Sonneglans tonight after work to buy a juice. There was one man at the teller paying for his shopping and another still busy in the shop. I stood in line behind the guy at the teller and waited my turn. The other teller had his back to us. Then the other customer in the shop came and pushed right past me, the second teller turned around and served him. I said "excuse me I was here first" They all turned to me and laughed and then continued their transaction. As I was the only woman there, I am not sure if this unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour was because of that or what the reason was. I put my shopping down so fast and left because I felt really threatened and unsafe. I think that in situations like these the people on night duty should take charge of the situation and serve customers in order of waiting, surely? We live in an unsure enough environment, I do not want to feel this unsafe and threatened in a garage shop with the shop attendant participating in ridicule.
