General Motors South Africa
Faulty Parts and bad workmanship

Hello Peter
I have a 2010 Isuzu 250 KB Extended cab. It has the same recurring the problem for the passed 2 years.
The engine light keeps on coming because of a faulty diesel temperature sensor.
This problem seems to re-occur every 5000km and i feel that i am not getting the service required and am unhappy with the constant problem as i use the car for business purposes and every time it is at the service centers i lose a lot of work
this problem has happened four times before and now is happening for the 5th time.

I have even stopped taking the car to the Mthatha service depot and have now resorted to travelling to Queenstown for assistance. (25/07/13) - the last time the engine light was on.

My fear is that with the warranty plan expiring out soon, the dealers seem to just be doing just enough to get it out of their hands.

I am very disappointed with GM and repairs and workmanship.
