KIA Tokai service is shocking

We have experienced unprofessional and inefficient service from theTokai Multifranchise in CT. KIA has a bad reputation for service and I'm afraid we have experienced it first hand. During a service 3 months ago a problem was picked up on the exhaust on our KIA sportage. Parts were ordered and something replaced. Then they reported that the second exhaust had gone. The information we were told by KIA has proved to be confusing and incorrect. Their service is slow and cumbersome - lots of follow ups and little response. We were told the part (incorrectly diagnosed) would cost R15 000) - we took the car to an alternative supplier - it was the silencer and it cost R900. Roll on the day when the warranty expires and we don't have to deal with KIA again.
