Tired of Companies who defrauds people

I bought a car at Citton Cars on the 29th May 2012. I got pulled over and slammed with a R1 000.00 fine for driving an unlicenced car. Shocked because I was under the impression that Citton Cars licenced my car, which is afterall what they invoiced me for. After numerous requests for my car papers I eventually received it from Chane who advised me that I need to go and renew my licence myself and send her the receipt and she will refund me. So I went, took a days unpaid leave, my time, my petrol - and went and renewed my licence disk which costed me just over R400 together with the penalty as Citton Cars neglected to renew my disk. I was then given the excuse by Michelle that they were meant to tell me that the client needs to renew their own licence when you buy a car, and they refund you. but yet they still invoice you which you are now paying the bank, with interest. I mentioned this to my mother who is an advocate and she advised me to invoice Citton for 50% of their charge, as this is fraudelent - Needless to say i got a very snotty email from Michelle to say they will not refund me. Andrea does not even have the decency to reply to any of my emails. Pathetic service!
