I emailed cayenne no Monday and got a response quite quick with documents for a finance deal I sent through my things ASAP and then wated, by Thursday I phoned through to find out not everything was sent through (and this is after I emailed them about it and was ignored). The bike I wanted was a Kawasaki vn900 which was a secondhand bike and a 2010model going for R79990 which is five grand less then a brand new one when I asked why its so expensive they couldn't tell me why. I went to Kawasaki them selves to find out about the bike and they said for a second hand bike that's really a lot of money. So they weren't welling to help at cayenne. I was decline for the finance which I don't understand (they use wesbank) because a month ago I was approved for R70000 for a car. And now I ask to resubmit the finance for a cheaper bike (because I thought it was because it was to expensive) but they say they can't. Overall I'm very unhappy with this service and won't recommend them to anyone. I feel they weren't trying to make me as a customer happy or keep me. Very disappointed
