Hi I placed a telephonic order at 13:33 (as per receipt). the food was delivered @ 14:40,
secondly it was COLD and thirdly it was RAW - LITERALLY PINK INSIDE.
i called the manger, Irene, who offered to replace the food. i then demanded a refund.
WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE! And sending raw food? is this the standard of Steers?
