I visited the spur some weeks ago and the service was not up to standard. After complaining the manager Matt Koster invited me back. Last night I decided to pay the Golden nugget an unannounced visit. This was a great experience as the service was 100% and the staff well trained. I really looked for something to complain about but there was nothing! Thank you to Matt for fixing the matters of my previous complain and the way you handled my complain..Thank you Mark that served my table. Your service was great. I will visit the Golden Nugget again because of this huge improvement!!!
