On Saturday 18 January 2014 we passed through Volksrust. My daughter wanted breakfast before her events in Newcastle. The person (without a name tag) taking the take-away orders was slow. Not knowing codes and having to voit items. People who came to sit down received food before us waiting for take-aways. The food was poorly presented with a sandwich placed in a hamburger holder. Coffee was over filled and spilled on our cloths due to this.

The manager (I assume) came to voit some item at one stage and was very rude with a customer that wanted to ask her about the slow service. Telling him to wait she is busy with the girl, pointing at her worker. When did it start that your worker is helped before a customer.

Wimpy you seriously need to do spot checks on your franchise stores as the service received from some is really damaging your image.
