Not satisfied with the food

I went to Kfc - market street this morning to buy a breakie bun the am snack patty and I specifically asked for the egg not to be well done, now I get to work n guess what the egg is sooooo well done, and its not the 1st time even last week I went to buy the benedict and i got the same thing.
