Loud bantering kitchen staff

Whilst waitron Portia was most obliging taking our breakfast order at Wimpy Durban North, the kitchen staff were so loud for the duration we were there, that we had to take our cell phone calls outside as we couldn't hear ourselves speak. Further, the food courier presented our coffee with long ice-cream spoons instead of teaspoons... upon settling our bill, the cashier argued that we were 50c short, when in fact we'd left a credible tip, which in hindsight was not worth tolerating the poor ambience.
