Where does it say 10 people?

My partner and I went to the Montecasino Spur to have to Festive Menus.
When we asked the waiters about it, they said its only for 10 people and more.
Where on the menu does it say 10 people? It does not and this is false advertising. Big Liars yet again.
I doubt I'l ever eat at another Spur Branch again.
