I ordered and paid for a 12 piece chicken meal and they confirmed the order twice. I got my food at the drive through and went home. When I got home I discovered that they only gave me 9 pieces. I phoned them 3 times before they answered. Then they told me that they will deliver the 3 pieces in 30 min. After 40 min, still nothing delivered and I phoned them again. Now they said another 30 min because they did not have drivers. My food is cold and still no delivery! This is pathetic and I will send this on to Record that have already reported KFC's bad service.
