Of all the Caramellos in Bloemfontein this is the worst. The service is terrible you wait for ages for someone to serve you and when they do it takes for ages for the food to arrive at the table.
The cakes and cookies on counter are not covered and the flys have full access to them yig. Complained about these things before and management says they will fix it but alas still the same. Will not recommend this Resturant to anyone will steer them to the other Resturants in the same area.
