I made a call to my local Mochachos restaurant yesterday to place a simple order of 3 burger meals. I made the call upfront to avoid having to wait. The person who took the call was arrogant, interrupting and turned aggressive when I complained about his attitude. He claimed to be the manager which is why i decided to make the formal complaint. If this is his standard, i doubt his staff do differently.
