I have a really big concern- we are regularly at Trademarx because we very often go to Loftus to watch games, we have highly recommended Trademarx to our friends and family.
However, Saturday the 27th we held a work function at their venue, we had 18 people there and honestly I am disappointed. Firstly we were told we cannot split the bills per couple, secondly we waited over an hour for our food and thirdly their bouncers got aggressive with us and took away our promotional items which WE PAID FOR.
I know game day is their busiest day- but waiting an hour for food is no excuse. The bouncers got aggressive with me and used foul language, promotional items we bought were taken away from us and when I protested the bouncers basically told us not to mess with them (cleaning up the language) I am a young woman and do NOT appreciate that treatment as a paying customer. We had to leave our items there to avoid a fight? Is that what the bouncers are suppose to do?
I am not impressed at all with this treatment and the fact that we held their venue in the highest praise only to receive that treatment is beyond disappointing. I have received no response to my mail to them which says ALOT!
