I complained regarding the service we received from panarottis klerksdrop. Nadia called me and assured that the correct process was followed and that the waiter and manger received warnings. she also said that we can come back @ anytime and have a meal on panarottis, i called her Saturday saying that we would be there Saturday evening and she made sure there was a table big enough for us. petru served us and made sure that everything was on point and we had a delicious meal and great service. Our faith was restored in panarottis and i hope it stays this way. THANK U PETRU AND NADIA YOU ARE TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE HEROS
