Me and my one friend went to Romans Pizza yesterday morning, seeing that they were one of few take away outlets who were open amidst a power outage. We waited almost an hour, but when our food came, my Spare Rib and Mushroom pizza was very dry, and her Tangy Russian Pizza was in turn swimming in the oil... She was so grossed out by that, that she didnt want it anymore. We went to complain, and requested a refund, but all the manager said was that he couldnt give us a refund, and he could just make us a new one... He made us a new one, which was better, but my friend was so grossed out by the initial pizza that she didnt want it... So in the end we had to pay for a pizza that exceeded our level of demand. I can understand why you couldnt refund, and I accept it... But in the first place, why dont you first check if all the pizas are in good order, before giving it to your customers? As a student, R80 is a lot of money to pay for an unsatisfactory product...
