2 days same fault

So 2 days back I ordered the NEW MEXICAN MEAL that is advertised because I LOVE the jalapeno sauce.
NO sauce.
Today I go back, order it again, remind them of it and this time at least got the right box but still no sauce.

WTH? Do they stock in sample pack and take it home, or do they just not know the difference between majo and jalapeno sauce?
