Incorrect order - meat instead of vegetarian

This afternoon, I walked into the Benmore Gardens outlet and specifically requested the vegetarian option magma wrap (twice). Despite this, when I got back to my desk and took a couple of bites, I realised that they had given me the chicken option instead.

Really bad customer service!
