I have been with Miway since I got my drivers license in 2008 and they have never dissapointed me
This year the premium went as per normal like any premium would, so my Fiance was approached by another insurer-who omitted to inform him of the nitty gritties pertaining to all these fancy rewards they were promising he would get.
Needles to say I called in tried to cancell as the policy is in my name but my Fiance pays for it. Asanda was the consultant who called me back..
He was pleasant, professional and gave me a whole insight of what we were not aware of. Not only did i speak to him once but I think it was 4 times or more. In all the conversations he never lost his cool but he was determined to keep me as a client. I would like to say thank you so much for going the extra mile and making us see the light Miway not only gave me a better premuim but also matched the oppositions qoute and I am happy to say I am still with them and shall stay with them.
My Fiance and I are grateful to Asanda as if it were not for his knowledge of the fine print we would find ourselves in hot water.
