I had an issue a couple weeks ago regarding the handset delivery for a phone I ordered via FNB. Gladys was so effective that she sorted me out very quickly, and all the meanwhile keeping in touch on a constant basis. She even assisted me in obtaining insurance on my device after it was initially stated that nothing could be done about it. I can honestly say, that, if for what ever reason you have any issues with FNB, that you will be lucky enough to have Gladys assist you. Thanks again for all the hard work.
