Good service and Knowledgeable expanation

I was interested in a quote. At first there was an issue on the site and could note get a quote, i then emailed customer services and actually did not receive a response until i did a follow up and got a response from a sweet Monique Wiese who immediately got onto it and had someone call me within minutes! I was then greeted by a gentleman Valentino Naidoo who comprehensively explained the product to me, double checked my vehicle and if i had extras, explained the excess structure, etc. I was pleasantly surprised as working with insurance myself these are the most common things that insurance salesman fail to do / explain and its these exact things that come back to bite the client in the bottom, and although really the fault of the insurer, the client suffers.
