I will try to stick to the short version of the story - the bottom line is that I had two close encounters in my vehicle within a short space of time that required the services of First for Women and the assessors...
The service at the Easyway Centre was marvellous, the staff are polite, professional and efficient. They did everything possible to minimise the inconvenience of having to be there in the first place - even to Michael giving me a lift to work until the hire car was sorted out. They notified me that the vehicle I had traded in was still on the insurance... and Raymond even phoned my husband to inform him that "everything was sorted out" - and it really was. Sibonelo helped me with lodging my claim and everyone did their utmost to make the best of a bad situation.
The cherry on the top was when I came to collect my car (for the second time) they presented me with a spa voucher for a massage to help alleviate the stressful time I had been through! Really they are a great team, they put a smile on my face and really walk the talk as far as service & going the extra mile is concerned. Thanks Guys!!
