We all know listening to call centre staff reading off generic lines can be tiresome and a huge pain.
Budget Insurance has gone a long way in changing my opinion of these callers. I dealt with an amazing representative namely Farren Farao.
Not only did she stay 2 hours after her shift to accommodate my after-hours call, but she was intelligent & efficient and managed to handle everything that i threw her way without skipping a beat.
Budget Insurance should be thankful to have her on board as I would her and hire her in a heartbeat! The fact that she has an amazing telephone manner, voice and diction obviously goes a long way in my world.
