I phoned to lodge a claim and waited for a consultant. The operator, Yvonne Mochabang, tried to transfer me to a consultant, but they were all busy. She then offered to assist me via the web site, which I accepted. She was very polite & patient & assisted me through, step by step. Thumbs up for her knowledge, politeness & assistance.
