Billed me without informing me

After being unemployed for two years, I finally found a job that barely makes ends meet. After being paid, all I had was my rent for the month in my account. Then too my surprise, R3000 was taken out of my account without my consent by Standard Bank and yes, this is not the first time. Their reason, my account is in arrears and they can do what they want on my account??? THAT'S AN INSULT TO MY INTELLIGENCE. it is illegal to just take money from me, even if this was a requirement (which is not legal as I have to advise you on what you can debit according to my financial standing), no notice was given to me to say, we are going to deduct this amount, make a plan... YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO PRACTISE ACCORDING TO THE NCA AND THE CPA! I will be referring this to speak out and many other forms of media, as your practices are inline with a loan, debit what you want when you want... dont take me for a fool! I want my money back and I am giving you 48 hours to do what is right or I will take this to the OMBUDSMAN! YOU HAVE A SOME NERVE!
