I'd like to know who gave your company Authority to debit my f#cking account??? I have never used your service nor have I taken a loan out through any of our affiliates!!! Called your customer care line and your working hours are stipulated as 8-5 on Friday yet you closed. I need you to call me A.S.A.P!!! Treat this as a matter of urgency to avoid me taking this further.
