I phoned Clientele Legal yesterday around 10am and Marc Lieberthal, a Lawyer, answered the phone. He asked me a couple of quick questions to confirm my identity and my issue and by the end of the day he got hold of the person who owes me money, he got the person to acknowledge the debt owed to me and send us the Acknowledgement of Debt agreement to sign by 2:30pm already.
I had no idea that all of this will happen in one day so I am extremely impressed with Marc and his professional service, especially the fact that he kept me updated throughout the day.
