Lodged a claim on Monday 11/11/2013 for all three wheels that were from my venter trailer, this morning Friday 15/11/2013 received the call to advise that the money will be paid into my account today. Now that is what I call service. I have been an Outsurance customer since 2004 and over the years have claimed for various reasons. Burst geyser, hail damage to my car, garden furniture and a few other claims and not once have I had a claim not settled within 2 weeks.
