Shafted by FNB, Again

I am sick to death of FNB, Every month the charges get more and more, And every time I try and find out what they are for I get a vague response and they don't know why or what they mean on my statements.

The cellphone app NEVER works and always crashes.

No one can tell me how to get an iPad though my account - despite having a cheque account as per their adverts.

They issue no raised number cards that don't last more than 4 months then charge me again for a new one.

They up the paper work so instead of adding an additional person on the account they changed it to a joint account!!

Literately every time something happens on the account I get NO notifications, just an additional charge!

Every time I go into the bank I have to wait for at least 30 mins before I get to see someone to assist me. And then they just direct me to a phone in the corner.

I could go on & on with every thing they have done wrong. It's a shame I can only count on 1 hand the times i'v been happy with their service.
