I bought a new car and it was financed with MFC. 2 weeks after purchasing the car I made an extra deposit into the account. I contacted MFC to confirm that they received the payment. I asked the lady that I spoke to, to adjust my monthly payments. This didn't happen. I noticed that for 2months no payment was taken from my account. I phoned again and the gent said that they have been taking the original payment off of the deposit I made as no adjustment was made. He assured me that this will be fixed and he made sure that the correct amount was debited last month. This month the same story, no payment was taken from my account. Is it that hard to adjust a monthly payment? I will be laying a complaint with the correct department TODAY! I have the names of all the people I delt with and the dates. I will be taking this further as the adjusted monthly amount keeps going up as YOU keep screwing up!!!
